Creating space in Mattermost

If you would like a Mattermost space to compliment an existing hub.transition-space.org space then please request it from the Platform Stewarding group.

As a Space host/ Team admin in Mattermost you can:

• Create channels within your team
• Create groups within your team

Mattermost groups

• This is a beta feature
• Please consider potential confusion if naming user groups similarly to existing channels or teams
• Custom groups are not visible in the interface unlike teams or channels which are visible
